Last Round of Mud Island Land Use Study Meetings Scheduled
The third – and final – round of public meetings for the Mud Island Land Use Study will be held September 29 at the Memphis Botanic Gardens and October 1 at Harbor Landing at Mud Island River Park.
At these meetings, the consultants will present three potential scenarios for the future improvement of Mud Island. Public input will be gathered at these meetings as well as through a web poll that will run about the same time.
From these scenarios and the public input, a final land use plan for Mud Island will be derived.
