Cost Estimate
The preliminary order-of-magnitude cost estimate is for the Harbor, Land Bridge, parks, recreation, greenways, and utilities and unit costs. Significant additional design and engineering work will be necessary to refine the cost estimate. These cost estimates were prepared based on Master Plan level information and will be updated as the infrastructure projects reach more detailed states of design and engineering. The estimates are adequate for purposes of preparing an Infrastructure Framework Plan, but the expected changes in the estimates as better information becomes available will require adjustments to calculation of fees and allocation of costs to various funding sources.
